What's this? Static stretching is designed to hold a position in a static nature adding range to the specific muscle group being stretched. The focus of static stretching is on relaxing the muscle or joint being stretched, letting it naturally go further on its own.

Dynamic Stretching

What's this? Dynamic stretches are active movements where joints and muscles go through a full range of motion. They can be functional and mimic the movement of the activity or sport you're about to perform.
